1. Service Description

LandOpps ("we", "us", "our") provides an online platform for searching and accessing environmental regulatory documents from public databases including GeoTracker and EnviroStor. The service is available at landopps.com.

2. Account Registration

To use LandOpps, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Pricing and Payment

LandOpps is offered at $400 per month, billed monthly. All new accounts begin with a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

You may reactivate your subscription at any time. Reactivation starts a new billing cycle and charges your card on file immediately. No second trial is provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Systematically download, scrape, or bulk-extract data from the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.

6. Data and Content

The environmental documents available through LandOpps are sourced from publicly available government databases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of these documents. The documents are provided as-is for informational purposes only.

You should independently verify any information obtained through the service before making decisions based on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandOpps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
