- Account information: name, email address, and phone number (provided during signup).
- Payment information: processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or expiry date on our servers.
- Authentication data: managed by Auth0, our identity provider. Auth0 stores your email and hashed password. We do not have access to your plain-text password.
- Usage data: pages visited, searches performed, and features used. This helps us improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the LandOpps service.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Send transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmations, trial reminders, password resets).
- Respond to support requests and enquiries.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate LandOpps:

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit.
- Encrypted database connections (SSL/TLS).
- Secure, httpOnly cookies for authentication tokens.

- Passwords managed by Auth0 (hashed and salted, never stored in plain text).
